YourForce is a business services and technology company based in Lahore, Pakistan, serving clients internationally. Our services include software engineering, digital commerce, trucking dispatch support, and medical billing and coding support.

This Privacy Policy applies to yourforce.io (including www.yourforce.io), trucking.yourforce.io, billing.yourforce.io, and related contact, email, and scheduling interactions. For personal information collected through these public websites and our direct business communications, YourForce generally acts as the organisation responsible for deciding how and why that information is processed.

When YourForce performs services for a client and processes personal information only on that client's instructions, our role and responsibilities may instead be governed by the applicable service agreement, data-processing terms, business associate agreement where required, and applicable law.

We use Google Analytics 4 across yourforce.io (including www.yourforce.io), trucking.yourforce.io, and billing.yourforce.io to understand website traffic, service interest, navigation, and performance. Our current Google Analytics measurement ID is G-4ZWXW52HB3.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to recognise a browser or device and generate usage statistics. Google may process analytics data on our behalf in accordance with its own terms, privacy documentation, and the settings of our Analytics property.

We use Calendly to offer online meeting scheduling at calendly.com/your-force-you/30min. When you open or use that booking page, Calendly may collect and process information under its own privacy notice and may act as our service provider for the scheduling information you submit.

Calendly may process information such as your name, email address, selected meeting time, time zone, device and log information, and answers to booking questions. Do not include confidential medical or patient information in a meeting title, booking response, or other Calendly field.

The billing.yourforce.io marketing website, general website forms, Calendly booking pages, and ordinary email channels are intended for business enquiries only. They are not approved channels for submitting protected health information or patient records.

Do not send patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, insurance or member identifiers, diagnosis or treatment details, claims files, or other protected health information through a public form, Calendly, or a general email address.

If a medical billing engagement requires YourForce to process protected health information, that processing will begin only after the parties establish the required agreement, permissions, instructions, and appropriate secure systems. The applicable client agreement and privacy or security terms will govern that processing. Nothing in this public Privacy Policy should be understood as a representation that a public website, Calendly page, or ordinary email channel is suitable for protected health information.

We use personal information only when reasonably necessary to operate our websites and business, respond to enquiries, evaluate and deliver services, understand website performance, protect our systems, and comply with legal obligations.
